Alright, so I figured as the majority of us know one another (so far anyway!), instead of the same ol' silly introductions we'd do something a bit more creative. So, for this game, each post follows a specific format: For ^ you answer the question of the poster above you. For < you say something you are doing. For v you ask the next poster a question. I'll go first. ^ (No question) < Watching a movie on mute. v What is one thing that has happened to you that you're extremely embarrassed of? Gogogo!

^ One time during English class, I misinterpreted my cue and started spewing out my lines in Romeo and Juliet...right in the middle of my teacher's lecture! That, needless to say, was pretty mortifying! < Answering student emails. What else is new? \/ If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be and why?

^ I think I'd like to be in London right about now. I'm cold and sort of want to force Gio to cuddle! < Faffing on deviantart. v What was the last thing you ate?

^ A posh cheddar baguette from Pret! Came with a free latte, ooh la la. < Considering a hot shower, because I literally am freezing. WILL ALSO ACCEPT CUDDLES. v What is the last film you saw that really left an impression (and why did it)?

^ I'd have to say Juno -- as silly as that sounds, it really takes a lot of courage for a sixteen year old to give up a child. And there were most certainly scenes that left me tearful, but I'm blaming that on having a bad night. < Thinking on whether or not I should add to Sirius' profile. v In the last year, what has been inspirational to you, what did it inspire, and why?

^ Um, inspirational. Reading Leo Marks' book about his work in cryptography and at the British Special Operations Executive in WW2. It's just amazing. And it inspired me to look much more deeply into cryptography and the Allied intelligence groups in the war. Perhaps not particularly useful considering what I'm actually studying, but still very interesting! Wow, I sound so dull. XD < I'm finishing a Greek translation (yet again with the dull!) and trying to work out if I can be bothered to make some dinner in the kitchen. I'm suspecting not. V What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

^ The Kite Runner, in Russian, haha. damn good book but I think all of you have heard me rave about it at some point or other so I will not do so now! Just know that it was really ~really~ amazing. And the imagery.. there are just no words! < Anton is currently puffing his chest and cackling in Evan's general direction. ..there will be a thread about in a few moments, no doubt. *cough* v What is one thing you cannot simply live without? I'm talking materialistic items, not actual necessities!

^ The internet. I just realized that not signing on for two days straight is a very very very bad thing for one's tech-reliant system. DD: For shame. < Just ate breakfast; still in my jammies and it's nearing noon.l I am a bum. :/ V If you have Austen's writing skillz, what will your first NY Times Best-selling novel be about?

^ Something historically based, perhaps. I'm not too sure though! < Sitting in class, avoiding taking notes and nearly dozing off. >.> v What is one role-play scene that you absolutely dreaded to write/continue, and why?

^ There was this one smut scene that I was supposed to write that was supposed to be emotional, smexy, and entertaining. Since my descriptions tend to be anatomically-heavy that it makes the smex sound weird, and that I also tend to get uncontrollable fits of the giggles whenever I'm forced to RP out my characters bursting into tears the moment they're done with the smex, you can say that it took a ridiculous amount of time before I finally finished that one RP scene. Needless to say, it ended up being sub-par, not to mention causing the other player to swear to never RP smut with me again. < Doing research for my seminar talk on Friday, taking notes, and nearly dozing off. \/ What is your favourite type of scenario to RP and why?

^ It honestly depends on the person I am writing with and the characters we're in the mood for. Certain ones beg for angst, and I absolutely adore how down right emotional I can get over something I and/or a mate has written to further the scene along. Then again, I'm absolutely sappy and can enjoy a good romance or two, so, honestly, I'm not picky. I enjoy it all, and just about jump from one thing to another without any sort of problem. (Right now, though, if you really want to know, Gio and I are PSLing angst.. and it is the most fab stuff. Ever.) < Watching late night/early morning television, wondering on whether or not I should get up and make myself breakfast and.. er.. quite happy that I've managed to finish the homework I had originally planned to do tomorrow. Oh, yes. Productivity, thy name is Loki. v What is one scene you have NEVER written with your character, but really really want to? And why haven't you yet?

^ Actually, that would have to be an angst scene. I admit that I would like to try it out, although because the characters I play tend to have this comedic edge to them, angsty situations would just seem a little out-of-place if their character-type is taken into consideration. < Running a few samples through the dynamic light scattering machine. Yes, we are replying while we are still stuck in an extremely quiet and empty lab. :-P \/ Which of your RP character(s) resemble you the most?

^ I'm not sure that one overwhelmingly resembles me (or I them!) more than the others - there's a kind of mish-mash of personality traits scattered through most of them but not one that's really concentrated Ros. Remus Lupin would probably be the closest though, I have to say. < Doing my Greek homework, because tonight for some strange reason the exercise I got set was simply to underline alpha-contract verbs in a passage of text (which is not exactly taxing). V If you were a kind of cheese, what cheese would you be, and why?

^ Haha, okay, so I really did have to think long and hard before being able to answer this. But, finally: fourme de cantal. It's an older cheese, supposedly served at the table during Louis XIV's reign of France, annnd. Well. It's named after the mountains (though why I've no bloody idea) and I really like mountains. Anything else? Oh, and! It just.. tastes really good, and is more natural than the others in my opinion. I like natural. >.> < Still thinking on Ros' cheese questions. V If you could be any ONE character in any film, theater production, show, who would you be and why?

^ I would really love to be Sam Gamgee from The Lord of the Rings, since he is really the epitome of a steadfast and loyal friend. That, and he gets to save the world by helping Frodo destroy the ring of doom! WOO! < Crunching numbers, catching up on tags, replying to emails. The typical night for me. \/ What are some of the sources you use to draw inspiration for your characters and/or stories?
